We offer specialist legal advice, practical and emotional support, community activities, volunteer befrienders, and deliver refugee awareness training, presentations, and talks.
We are a specialist service in the North East that works closely with, and refers people to other supportive organisations as appropriate.
Our vision is of a society based on a tradition of welcoming, acceptance and dignity for those who seek safety in the UK
We give people an opportunity to use the available evidence, to support their asylum claim.
We raise awareness of the hardship faced by many of our beneficiaries.
We offer practical assistance, in the last 12 months, over 700 people accessed our services
We provide a safe and trusting environment where people can tell the story of their refugee journey.
