Client Testimonial, by Mr M

“I contacted Justice First, and after a day or so they responded. We met up in person and we got straight to the point about how I wanted to renew my and my family’s visas. I was very anxious about the whole situation, but Dean did a great job of calming my mind. He explained that I would need to pay the Home Office £15,283 for the applications and NHS charge but there was the option of a fee waiver. He advised applying for a fee waiver as we do not have anywhere near that sort of money as a family. He also told me that we would have to find that money or more in two and a half years’ time, when we need to extend our leave again.”

“He filled out the application online. He also told me the documents that support my application. He walked me through it completely. We received the decision last week, saying yes to a full fee waiver. I can’t thank Dean and Justice First enough, especially as I had nowhere else to go and get advice for free. Dean explained that once the decision on the fee waiver was made, we would only have ten days to submit the application for extension. He had already thought about this and booked and attended an appointment with me, with another organisation, weeks before the fee waiver was even submitted. This meant that the application to extend was prepared and ready to go as soon as we got the fee waiver decision. To summarise, Dean and Justice First have helped me and my family with a difficult situation. The whole team were extremely friendly and professional.”
